Technology has always been his passion. Starting his career in the geophysical services industry in the mid-1980s, Mr. Silvernagle has worked extensively in the land and Marine seismic industry. His assignments include the diverse operating environments of Canada, the Canadian Arctic, the North Slope of Alaska, the US Lower 48, the Middle East, South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Silvernagle spent 10 years in the field in supporting roles for all aspects of the crew operations. During 17 years with Veritas, Veritas DGC Land and finally CGGVeritas, Mr. Silvernagle held a variety of roles including Technical Manager of North America, Technical Manager of North and South America, VP of Resources for the Global Land Division and EVP Marine. 10 Years in the Marine exploration industry managing global operations.  In these roles, Mr. Silvernagle managed all aspects of technical operations in both field and office locations. His leadership skills have helped to build the strongest technical teams in the industry.

John Archer is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of RemEX Technologies Limited, where he is pioneering advancements in remote exploration technologies using SysaaS IoT solutions. John is a seasoned geophysicist with over three decades of expertise in geophysical exploration across the globe. His diverse portfolio encompasses innovation and R&D, geophysical survey design and costing, technical and commercial proposals, contract management, and business development. Before founding RemEX, John's roles at Geokinetics and SAEXPLORATION INC. saw him progress from Vice President of Business Development, where he led a team responsible for proposals exceeding $1 billion annually, managing technical, commercial, risk, and contractual aspects, to Vice President of Technology and Director of R&D, where he played a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of the companies' proprietary acquisition technologies, often in consortiums and partnerships with major industry players.
